This machine is mainly suitable for cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials, especially suitable for
installing next to the internal mixer to cut small pieces of rubber.
The machine is mainly composed of rubber cutter, frame, working cylinder, base, auxiliary workbench, hydraulic system, electrical
system and other parts. The base under the rubber cutter is equipped with a nylon backing plate to protect the blade of the rubber
cutter.
When cutting the raw rubber, manually place the rubber under the rubber cutter, and then press the start button, the rubber cutter
will fall along the slideway on the frame under the drive of the piston rod to cut the rubber.
The frame is equipped with two upper and lower limit switches to control the reversing valve to change the direction of movement
of the rubber cutter, and at the same time, it can also protect the cylinder head of the piston cylinder.
